At this time of year, with Thanksgiving marking the beginning of the holiday “season,” you will undoubtedly see many articles in magazines, on websites, in blogs about how to make your Thanksgiving meal the most nutritious possible. Focus on white meat, skim the fat off the gravy, use egg whites in your pies. .. on and on.
But you won’t hear it from me and you won’t hear it here.
Here’s why:
